Our Services

PRE-PURCHASE SURVEYS
We most often carry out Full Building Surveys, for clients in the process of buying or leasing property. This tends mainly to be the purchase of residential property, but also commercial premises (typically when let on a full repairing lease). Competitive fees will be quoted which can be as low as £400.

PARTY WALL SERVICES
Whether simply issuing Notices, acting as Building Owner’s, Adjoining Owner’s or indeed Agreed Surveyor, we have much experience with services arising from the requirements of the Party Wall etc Act 1996. Fees for a simple Award as Agreed Surveyor, start from around £600

DESIGN WORK
We undertake design work for extensions and refurbishment of residential and commercial property and are able to provide a full service from feasibility to completion on site or any portion of this process
Fees vary greatly between schemes, because of the number of variables involved, but a simple domestic extension would typically attract fees at 12% of the contract value for the full service.

EXPERT WITNESS REPORTS
Reports on defective building workmanship form the majority of this work, although we also deal with landlord and tenant disputes (particularly regarding damage caused) and many other aspects
Fees would accrue on a time expended basis.
