We most often carry out Full Building Surveys, for clients in the process of buying or leasing property. This tends mainly to be the purchase of residential property, but also commercial premises (typically when let on a full repairing lease).
Competitive fees will be quoted which can be as low as £475+VAT for a Homebuyers Report and £600+VAT for a Full Building Survey

Whether simply issuing Notices, acting as Building Owner’s, Adjoining Owner’s or indeed Agreed Surveyor, we have much experience with services arising from the requirements of the Party Wall etc Act 1996.
Fees for a simple Award as Agreed Surveyor, start from about £800+VAT.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN WORK
We offer structural member design works, with calculations provided for building control and construction purposes. We can also mark up others drawings to indicate what is required. Charges are calculated on a scale dependant on the number of members needed.
EXPERT WITNESS REPORTS
Reports on defective building workmanship form the majority of this work, although we also deal with landlord and tenant disputes (particularly regarding damage caused) and many other aspects
Fees would accrue on a time expended basis.
